What it needs

• An FSA tenant where you have admin access to Extensions.
• One install link, pasted once. No deployment on your side.
• The connectivity engine, deployed on your own SAP BTP subaccount.
• An S/4 system exposing the relevant OData services — V2 or V4 — reachable from that engine via SAP Cloud Connector or a Communication Arrangement.
• Warranty and service-contract data maintained in S/4, and optionally service contracts in FSA — it reads whichever of the three you have.

Getting a first result

   Open it on an equipment or activity

   Placed on a record page it picks the equipment up automatically and checks it. Opened standalone, pick the equipment yourself.

   Set the date

   The date of the work, not today, if you are checking a job that already happened. Date ends are treated as inclusive.

   Read the verdict, then the evidence

   Covered, Billable, or Not decidable — with the three sources shown underneath so you can see what it was decided from.
