Checklist Manager

The smartform template manager FSA does not ship: versions, usage, diff and translation.

What it needs

• An FSA tenant where you have admin access to Extensions.
• One install link, pasted once. No deployment on your side.
• No engine — it reads and writes the FSA smartform archive only.

Installing

Paste this into Foundational Services → Extensions in FSA, together with your licence key. The full flow is on the install page.

Getting a first result

   Look at what you already have

   Templates grouped by name with their versions underneath, filtered by status, category or tag. Most tenants discover here that they have more than they thought.

   Find the dead weight

   Usage intelligence marks templates nothing references. That badge is what turns a cleanup from a guess into a decision.

   Compare two versions

   Element-level differences, side by side — not a diff of raw files.

   Translate in the workbench

   Side by side with a completeness meter, writing back into the smartform archive itself.
