Buy exactly what you use.
Licensing has three axes — what your team builds, which products they install, and which platform capabilities you switch on. Each is an entitlement on one signed licence, bound to one tenant.
Figures are quoted, not listed. We are a small vendor selling to enterprise procurement, and the honest version of a price list at this stage is a conversation. What is on this page is the shape of the deal — which is the part that decides whether it fits.
EasyScreenViewer tiers
Priced by how many of the four screen types your team can build with — not by how many screens they build, which is unlimited within a type.
Single
One screen type
Choose Standard reports, UDO screens or SAP document screens.
Dual
Any two screen types
Mix any two of the three. Unlimited screens within them.
Complete
All four
Everything above, plus Custom screens — the blank canvas.

Optional = your choice at purchase time.
One entitlement each, standalone or alongside
Each product is licensed on its own. You can buy one without the studio, and you can buy the studio without any of them.

Extension Factory
Turn any screen — or a whole category of screens — into its own installable FSA extension.

Licensed separately from the extensions, because you run it yourself. Required by anything that reads live S/4 data.
What it does →13 entitlements exist in total, and this page lists all of them. There is no hidden tier and no capability that appears only in a quote.
A seat that frees itself
A licence can be capped by the number of people who actually use it, counted over an activity window rather than assigned by an administrator in advance.
One person is one seat, whether they open it on a laptop, on a phone, in a second browser or after signing in again. Somebody who stops using it quietly releases their seat when the window passes — nobody has to file a ticket to reclaim it, and no administrator has to do the arithmetic every quarter.
Nobody already working is ever evicted to make room. When the cap is genuinely full, the person who could not get in sees a screen that names the count and points at your administrator — not at us, who cannot fix it for them.
Why this is a better deal
Named-user licensing charges you for the technician who left in March. This does not. If your field force turns over, or a seasonal crew stands down for the winter, the count follows reality without anyone administering it.
If our seat service is unreachable
The user is let in. A seat check that cannot run never blocks somebody trying to work — the full failure behaviour is on the security page.
The commercial detail, up front
Annual contracts, invoiced once at the start of the term. Multi-year contracts get a discount — raise it at the contact stage.
We quote and invoice in EUR, exclusive of VAT. Reverse-charge applies inside the EU when you provide a valid VAT number.
Yes, pro-rated against the remaining term. We issue a licence with the broader entitlements, you paste it in, and the new capabilities appear immediately. Nothing is reinstalled.
Each licence is bound to a single account id, so it is one licence per tenant. Additional tenants in the same contract are discounted.
Fourteen days, on whatever combination you want to evaluate, bound to your own tenant. No credit card, and nothing auto-renews into a contract.
We complete vendor onboarding forms, accept purchase orders and invoice on net-30 terms. Ask early and it runs in parallel with your evaluation.
The licence stops validating at the end of the term. Your screens and configurations stay in your FSA tenant as your own records — we never held them, so there is no export to request.
Only for products and screens that read live S/4 data. Everything that works against FSA alone needs nothing beyond the extension itself.
Tell us what you need and we will quote it.
Which screen types, which products, roughly how many people. That is enough for a number — and if a trial makes more sense first, say so.
