Why we exist
SAP FSM is a strong core for field service operations. But every real customer eventually hits the same kind of wall: "if only it could also show this view", "if only this UDO had a proper screen", "if only we could see the linked SAP document without bouncing tabs."
These gaps are too small to justify a custom development project, and too specific for SAP to ship. The result: customers either pay consultants for one-off iframe hacks, or just live with the gap.
We think there's a better path — products, not projects. Each of our extensions is a real product: licensed, supported, maintained across customers. You get the fix without the consulting bill.
What we won't do
- No tenant data on our servers. Our backend validates licenses. FSM API calls go straight from the browser to your FSM cluster.
- No lock-in. Screens you build are stored in your FSM tenant as FSM records, not on our infrastructure. If you stop renewing, your data stays.
- No surprise expansion. We don't auto-upgrade you onto a bigger SKU. You bought Single? You stay Single until you tell us otherwise.
- No consulting bait-and-switch. The price is the price. We'll help you get installed, but we don't sell hours.

Every extension lives inside the FSM UI your users already use. No separate logins, no separate hosting decisions on your side.
Customer-driven roadmap
What we build next is shaped by what current FSM customers ask for. We don't build features in a vacuum — we build them because a paying customer needed them yesterday.
Product, not project
Everything we ship is maintained across customers. Bug fixes you got? Every other customer gets them too. Improvements they paid for? You get them for free.
Honest about scope
We're small and focused. If your problem is bigger than what an FSM extension can solve, we'll tell you instead of selling you one.
