Install a product
Every product installs the same way — one URL and one licence key, pasted into your FSA tenant once. It takes about two minutes per product and nothing is deployed on your side.

Before you start#
- FSA admin access — the permission to add extensions under Foundational Services → Extensions.
- Your licence key, exactly as we sent it. Whitespace at either end is the single most common install failure.
The install links#
Each product has one permanent link. Nothing is minted per customer — your licence is the whole gate, so the same link is correct for everybody.

1 — Open Extension Management#
Sign in to FSA in a browser. Open Foundational Services → Extensions and switch to the Installed tab.
2 — Add the extension#
Click Add Extension and paste the URL for the product you are installing. FSA follows it to our manifest and shows the install form, which includes a License Key field.
3 — Paste your licence key#
Paste the key and confirm the install.
4 — Verify#
Open the extension from the FSA Shell. The first load validates your licence and unlocks exactly what it carries. If a blocking screen appears instead, it names the state — troubleshooting has each one and its fix.
Updating and uninstalling#
There is no upgrade step. We deploy updates and the next load inside the Shell picks them up — every tenant runs the current version, which is why the changelog is worth watching rather than a release you have to schedule.
Removing the extension in FSA removes the tile. Screens and records you created stay in your tenant as your own data.
